Client Service Representative Responsibilities :

• Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
