Job Summary
Looking for self-motivated and dependable individuals with customer service background. Immediate Hires needed. Base plus commission as well as advancement opportunities in a rapidly growing business.
Call Center Representative   Fort Lauderdale, FL
Job duties include, but are not limited to :
- Answering calls to set appointments
 - Making outbound calls to set appointments
 - Tracking daily phone calls
 - Follow up and answering return calls / emails
 - Sales
 - Other related duties as assigned
 
Skills / Requirements :
Able to listen, identify a need, and offer a solution to a potential client.Must be able to take directions.Prior experience in making out-bound calls a plus.Computer literate with data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft OfficeComfortable and at ease with making calls.Self-motivated and a team player.Good work ethic and reliable transportation are a must.We believe in the importance of developing a professional staff and seek to offer training and advancement opportunities from within.
