Cloud Architecture & Design
Design and deploy highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and CloudFront.
Define architecture blueprints aligned with business and technical requirements.
Migration & Modernization
Plan and execute migration of multi-tier and legacy applications to AWS environments.
Drive modernization initiatives using serverless, containerization, and microservices architectures.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation for automated provisioning and configuration management.
Security & Compliance
Apply AWS security best practices (IAM, encryption, network security, and monitoring).
Ensure compliance with standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
Cost Optimization
Develop cost management and optimization strategies using AWS pricing models, budgets, and cost monitoring tools.
Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with DevOps, development, and operations teams to design integrated cloud solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams on AWS best practices.
Monitoring & Disaster Recovery
Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks using AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and third-party tools.
Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Required Skills
Deep knowledge of core AWS services : EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, VPC, Route 53, ECS, ELB, and CloudWatch.
Expertise in cloud architecture design, networking, and security principles.
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI / CD pipelines.
Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation and deployment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
Experience in hybrid or multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with observability and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
Experience in application performance tuning and scalability improvements.
