What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a technology-focused environment.

Screen individuals entering the location, verifying credentials and / or identification as required.

Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Communicate clearly with team members and site personnel regarding any security-related concerns or incidents.

Document and report any suspicious activity or incidents according to established protocols.

Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following established guidelines.

Minimum Requirements :

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
