Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks. Must be able to sit, stand, and move throughout the plant for extended periods.

HiFyve is hiring a Process & Automation Technician in the custom injection molding industry!
Salary : $26-$40 / hr
Shift : Day Shift
Location : Minneapolis, MN
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Help build and automate machinery to maximize productivity.
- Research and justify the cost of automation and process improvements.
- Train personnel on how to use and get the benefits of new equipment.
- Collaborate on evaluating equipment needs and making recommendations for new selections.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Read and comply with work instructions, set up sheets, and checklists.
- Solve problems and make decisions independently as required.
