Opioid Program Project Manager
Brevard County is an EEO and Veteran's Preference employer. Full Time Open Until Filled. THIS POSITION IS APPOINTIVE SERVICE / GRANT FUNDED $2,215.68 to $2,437.25 biweekly. Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Central Area / Merritt Island. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Performs skilled professional work developing, planning, and administering OPIOID Program projects for the Housing and Human Services Department which provides a critical County service and is complex and / or large in scope. Work includes presenting reports to various agencies and boards, contract compliance, monitoring reviews, and reporting results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Management, Political Science, Social Science, a field related to the area of assignment, PLUS four (4) years of progressively responsible professional experience in administering or managing programs or projects in the area of assignment. Additional qualifying education and / or experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis. A Master's degree is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Suite applications, including PowerPoint is preferred. In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
