About the Role

As the Engineering Manager for the Benefits Flex Product within Benefits Native Products, you will oversee the development of essential features that allow Rippling's largest customers to efficiently create, enroll in, and manage Benefits, including our 3P marketplace. Every year, over $5 trillion is spent globally by employers and employees on benefits, ranging from health insurance to retirement savings to Flex plans like HSA, FSA, and LSA. These products play a crucial role in guiding families through some of life's most significant decisions. There are challenges for the team that range from building for usability to scaling for massive growth and a wide array of engineering requirements. You'll be working on defining, driving, and delivering the team's technical roadmap, hiring talented engineers who can continue building our scalable systems and determining the underlying infrastructure at Rippling for the next 5 years and beyond.

• Build and drive day-to-day processes that lead to a highly efficient team of high performing engineers
• Build a multi-quarter roadmap that drives operational excellence, performance, and reliability
• Build and leverage partnerships across the company to land lasting impact
• Coaching and growing the individuals on your team through mentorship and performance management

The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is :

180,000 - 315,000 USD per year (US San Francisco Bay Area)
