Position Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Physical Therapist to provide personalized care to our clients in Polk and Hillsborough Counties, FL. This role is perfect for someone passionate about helping individuals regain mobility, improve physical function, and enhance their quality of life.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized care plans according to Oasis guidelines
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Educate clients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
• Adhere to all safety and ethical guidelines while delivering high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports.
