Alhambra Post Acute | Alhambra, CA

Pay : up to $30 / hr DOE

Alhambra Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and motivated Dietary Manager to oversee our food service department and ensure residents receive nutritious, well-balanced meals every day. If you're passionate about hospitality, nutrition, and leadership in a healthcare setting, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee preparation and service of meals in compliance with dietary regulations.
  • Manage and train dietary staff; create schedules and ensure quality service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in kitchen and dining areas.
  • Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to accommodate special diets.
  • Monitor inventory, order food and supplies, and manage department budgets.

Qualifications

  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred, or equivalent supervisory experience in a healthcare kitchen.
  • Knowledge of Title 22 and CDPH regulations highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
