Our Bloomington office is looking for a licensed Customer Service Agent, experienced in account management and customer service for various Commercial Lines products. Prime candidates should be organized, conscientious, confident and outgoing, with excellent communication skills. Our Agency culture encourages our associates to develop valued relationships with our customers and always strive to exceed their expectations of professionalism and service. First Insurance Group utilizes the AMS360 management system, Zywave Broker Briefcase, and Agency Revolution products.

This is a full-time position and compensation will be adjusted based on experience and training with our various insurnce technology platforms.

• Following daily activities in AMS360
• Following expiration list
