REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in luxury automotive or premium brands
- Proven track record of successful event planning and execution at a luxury level
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and high-net-worth consumer behavior
- Excellence in budget management and financial planning
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Superior project management and team leadership abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Established network within the Beverly Hills luxury market
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our luxury positioning and revenue objectivesCreate and manage annual marketing budgets across multiple luxury automotive brandsAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisionsDefine and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROICollaborate with manufacturer partners to ensure brand compliance while maintaining local market relevanceConceptualize and execute high-profile events, including vehicle launches, VIP client experiences, and lifestyle partnershipsOversee the complete event lifecycle, from initial concept to post-event analysisManage relationships with premium vendors, venues, and partnersEnsure all events reflect the prestigious nature of our brands and exceed client expectationsCoordinate with sales teams to maximize event-driven opportunities and lead generationEMPLOYEE BENEFITS
