Sous Chef Compensation and Benefits

Sous Chef Requirements and Must Haves
2 or more years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume environmentProven success in scratch-made or Italian-American kitchensStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and motivate a teamAbility to manage inventory, food costs, and maintain safety and sanitation standardsOrganized, accountable, and comfortable in a structured system-driven environmentSous Chef Preferred Background and Skills
Italian cuisine experience strongly preferredCulinary degree or equivalent hands-on trainingThrives under pressure and leads by exampleFocused on consistency, systems, and professional growth
