Join a dynamic HR team during a time of transformation as a Bilingual HR Administrative Clerk. You will play a key role in enhancing HR operations, focusing on reception area management and file system organization. This is a temp-to-hire position with a clear path to full-time employment after a 90-day probation period. The role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to contribute to compliance and operational excellence. Responsibilities include providing front-desk support and administrative assistance to the HR team, transforming and reorganizing the current file system for improved efficiency, ensuring weekly filing is completed and maintained accurately, supporting HR compliance and regulatory documentation specific to Chicago, prioritizing and managing multiple clerical tasks effectively, suggesting improvements to office and administrative processes, and delivering professional and courteous service to internal and external stakeholders.

The position is based in Chicago, IL, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM. The role is set in a plant environment, offering a professional and fast-paced atmosphere where your contributions are valued.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL. The pay range for this position is $22.50 / hr.
