Superintendent Multifamily Projects

We are a fully integrated Real Estate Developer and General Contractor with a strong focus on multi-family residential communities. From concept through completion, we manage every aspect of the development and construction process. Our projects are known for their quality, efficiency, and attention to detail-and we're growing.

Manage daily on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain workflow and productivity. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, inspections, and progress reports. Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum. Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

The successful applicant will have :

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multi-family residential construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field crews effectively
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
