Base pay range
$175,000.00 / yr - $300,000.00 / yr
What You'll Do
- Lead deep-dive analyses on user behavior, product performance, and business outcomes
- Build and enhance data models, metrics, and dashboards used across teams
- Design, run, and interpret controlled A / B tests at scale
- Partner with Product & Engineering to embed experimentation best practices into the development cycle
- Improve and scale the analytics / data stack to enable stronger self-serve insights
- Influence senior leaders with clear, compelling analytical storytelling
- Evaluate performance of ML systems (classification, recommendation, LLM-based models) and guide decision-making
