As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you interact with staff and visitors, providing strong customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols to maintain a secure environment and respond promptly to situations as they arise. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols provided by Allied Universal.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Monitor and report any irregular conditions or potential security-related hazards found during patrols to the designated supervisor or client point of contact.

Assist with controlling access to the facility, verifying credentials as required and directing visitors or delivery personnel as needed.

Support the maintenance of order during shift hours, helping to deter disturbances and / or unauthorized access within the logistics and distribution environment.

Document all activities, incidents, or unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Experience in customer service is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
