About the Role
We are seeing a Director of Social Video Strategy, YouTube and TikTok, to take our brand to the next level through culture-forward content, platform-first storytelling and a laser focus on audience growth and engagement, with a specific focus on YouTube and TikTok, and with cross pollination on Instagram Reels and Facebook. You\'ll lead the vision for how we create meaningful, high impact social video experiences that drive channel discovery, fan obsessions and sustained performance across our social channel video platforms and drive business impact to support business priority areas. Collaborating cross-functionally, you\'ll also serve as the go-to social video expert, collaborating with creative and other marketing partners and ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned content. This role isn’t just about making great content. It’s about owning the full funnel of success and turning casual scrollers into loyal brand advocates. About You
If you\'re a driven, innovative content creator with a proven track record of growing audiences and engagement on social video platforms, this could be the perfect role for you. You\'re a natural storyteller with an innate understanding of how to produce thumb-stopping social content that resonates with diverse communities. Your strong creative vision and collaborative, open minded spirit will enable you to inspire your team and partner effectively with stakeholders across the business. You are a digital creative strategist who\'s obsessed with audience behavior, creator ecosystems and content formats that perform. You\'ve run channels with 6-7 figure followings – or built them from scratch- and know what it takes to get traction. You understand the mechanics of virality, the levers that drive true engagement (not just views), and how to turn data into creative action. Bonus if you have led creator campaigns (or are a creator yourself) that has delivered results. You are comfortable and professional in navigating ambiguity, building consensus, and in leading teams toward bold creative strategies.
