We are seeking a dedicated and professional Cashier to manage payments for services, repairs, and parts at our dealership. The role involves handling cash, credit card, or check transactions, issuing receipts and refunds, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also play a key role in providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with scheduling service appointments.

Responsibilities :

• Accept payments via cash, credit card, or check for services, repairs, and parts.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
• Reconcile cash drawer daily and report discrepancies.
• Greet customers professionally and assist with inquiries.
• Answer questions regarding invoices, services, and dealership policies.
• Handle complaints courteously and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and service orders.
• Assist with scheduling service appointments and redirect calls to appropriate departments.
• Provide clerical support to service and accounting teams.

Work Environment :

This position is based at the front desk or cashier window in a dealership showroom or service department. You will frequently interact with customers, service technicians, and accounting staff in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that requires accuracy and efficiency.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract position based out of Kenosha, WI.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
