Job descriptionProvide psychiatric care and medication management to a diverse client population via a secure telehealth platform. Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and professional standards. Active and unrestricted state license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools. Ability to work independently, as no direct supervision will be provided.
