Mental Health Tech, Behavioral Health Center, Full Time, Night Shift

Performs delegated tasks to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Rounds and assures patient safety practices are followed. Reports concerns to nurse / leadership. Provides and documents care to patients in accordance with the treatment plan and established SRH and Nursing Services Policies and Standard Work. Functions in a supportive role by communicating findings and resolving work-related issues. Utilizes de-escalation and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) techniques. Monitors mental health behaviors and reports concerns to nurse / leadership. Performs any other job related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Department Director.

MHT I - Associate Degree in Human Sciences Required

MHT II - Associate Degree in Psychology or Sociology Required

MHT III - Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Sociology Required
