Vice President of Customer Solutions

A company is looking for a VP, Customer Solutions to lead their Supply Chain Advisory Organization's Demo, POC, and Pilot team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the team responsible for demos, proofs of concept, and customer pilots Define and drive the strategic vision for Custom Demos, POCs, and Pilots in alignment with company objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive customer success Required Qualifications Proven senior leadership experience in customer-facing demos, POCs, and pilot programs within supply chain or enterprise software Strong strategic thinking ability to translate vision into executable plans Experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams Deep knowledge of supply chain technologies and industry trends Global experience with modern, native cloud solutions
