COE Graduate Student Career Development Coordinator

Support and lead the development of a dedicated Canvas page for COE graduate students featuring career resources, event announcements, and professional development tools. Create and update career development content such as career / industry guides, networking and negotiation guides, example job documents, and other relevant resources. Conduct a gap analysis comparing the career and professional development needs of COE graduate students to existing resources, services and programming. Collect feedback and lead a needs assessment to better understand the career interests of COE graduate students and postdocs to inform continuous improvement of career services and programming. Assist in the planning and execution of workshops, panels, and other career-related events tailored to graduate students in COE. Raise awareness of graduate student-specific programming and resources through collaboration with departments and graduate student organizations within COE.
