Description :

Position : Stepdown RN

Shift : 3x12s, Days (7a–7p), Holiday rotation

Ratios : 1 : 4

Weekends : Every other weekend

On-Call : No

Floating : Yes, within scope and between like units / sister facilities as needed

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 1 year (no first-time travelers)

License : SC or Compact RN license (must be in hand prior to start)

Certifications : AHA BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS preferred

Additional Details :

Block Scheduling : May be requested but not guaranteed

Local Radius : 60 miles

Locals Accepted : Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% lower rate

RTO : Must be included at time of submission; approval based on facility needs

Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
