Key Responsibilities
Analyze Chats / Emails / Calls processed by VIP Customer Support Agents and Account Managers
Provide detailed feedback on performance and collaborate on Performance Improvement Plans
Inform Management about urgent cases and suggest improvements for communication processes
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in Customer Support or Account Management
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher
Experience with customer communication tools, preferably Intercom and Unitalk
Experience in Gambling / Betting or advanced sports knowledge is a plus
