Commercial Litigation Associate

The firm has a renowned high profile national practice representing franchisees in disputes with franchisors. We are seeking a litigation associate with quality experience practicing in NY and federal courts :

• One mid-senior level associate (min 7 years litigation experience)

Superb writing and interpersonal skills are required. Extensive courtroom work while managing own caseload independently. Deposition and oral argument of motions experience required. Some hearing and trial experience preferred. Extremely professional yet cordial environment. Office is walking distance to LIRR. This is a full-time, in-office position.

We have offices in Mineola and Central Islip, both across from the courthouses. The position will mainly reside in our Mineola office.

We are seeking an individual who wishEd to develop professionally and work closely as a team player to provide superior quality legal representation. Portable book of business not required but preferred and would be rewarded.
