The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for organization and field management of electrical projects and implementing measures to increase the company's effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manage 2-4 crews / electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M
• Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sites
• Independently start and manage projects
• Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
• Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry
