Position : HW Commodity Specialist II (multiple positions available) Location : Seattle, WA

Multiple Positions Available :

• Create forecasts and sourcing plans in support of customer demand.
• Work with a range of stakeholders including supply chain, operations, engineering, and suppliers to drive supply profiles and to support on-time material availability.
• Analyze business and technology trends to identify process improvement opportunities, reduce costs, and minimize risks for AWS and its customers.
• Manage material inventories for AWS data centers
• Evaluate and monitor performance of suppliers
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear document writing, agenda creation, note capture, and follow-up activity coordination.
• Serve as an escalation point for teams to remediate supplier / material risks.
• Domestic and international travel up to 10% to perform role responsibilities may be required

Basic Qualifications

The pay range for this position in Seattle, WA is $127,982- $139,100 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
