Medical Writer

A company is looking for a Medical Writer, encouraging recent PhD candidates to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Produce high-quality content for various medical communications projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of science and client messaging

Develop content independently, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget

Maintain client relationships and manage day-to-day communication regarding written work

Required Qualifications

A life science graduate (PhD, PharmD, or MD required)

Experience as a medical writer in a healthcare communications agency or a recent graduate from an accredited program

Exceptional attention to detail in scientific content and editorial standards

High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and PowerPoint

Familiarity with referencing software and database searching is preferable
