We are looking for an Assembler to join our team. This individual will assemble X-Ray machines by installing components and accessories as per the Work Order / Sales Order requirements. They will lay out, assemble, dismantle, repair and modify production components and parts for x-ray inspection equipment and systems according to blueprints and other specifications.

Responsibilities

Reads work orders, follows production drawings, Bill of Materials and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.

Assembles machines by installing components and accessories as per the Work Order / Sales Order requirements.

Tests assembled machines for operational reliability.

Records test results in standard format.

Accurately record work-order timing in AMS system.

Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Pay attention to detail and complete assigned work with the highest standards.

Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Certificate from a two-year college or technical training school highly desired.

At least 1+ year of assembly experience is preferred.

Ability to use hand tools.

Experience in Electronics or Electro-Mechanical repair, installation and assembly preferred.

Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English.

Ability to carry out written and oral instructions.

Must be able to work overtime as required by business needs.

Must be reliable and report to work consistently.

Ability to work with the team or as individual contributor in a fast-paced environment and deliver results to meet timelines.
