Responsibilities & Duties

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders for daily fulfillment requirements.
• Load and unload delivery vehicle utilizing a forklift, pallet jack, and lift gate.
• Drives to the delivery destination, confirms order with customer, unloads and verifies product, obtains confirmation signature and payment from the customer.
• Manage individual delivery route by prioritizing customer needs.
• Maintains customer relationships by providing superior customer service at all times.
• Operates a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
• Perform routine inspections of delivery vehicles to ensure DOT safety compliance.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures in regard to safety.
• Maintains a clean workspace.
• Effectively cross train to assist in other warehouse departments and functions as needed.
