Responsibilities & Principal Duties :
Take full ownership of ensuring Customer Critical Products are efficiently loaded, transported, stored, and shipped to their Project SitesAssist the Program Manager in the support and management of accountsActing as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders (OEM, Client, Third Party, BPSC)Proactively communicate resource needs with all stakeholdersContact suppliers to determine update rhythms / communicationVerify all products – quantity, dimensions, trucking requirements, dates, etc.Ensure Service Providers are upholding quality service outlined in agreementsEnsure Service Providers (PLR Branches, carries, etc.) update & collect records with offload informationEnsure proper and timely billing for all loadouts / trucking / offloads / storageEnsure proper approvals for all trucking invoicesSupport the Program Manager with maximizing program market share, revenue, and profitSupport the Program Manager with upselling BPSC services and additional value-addsQualifications
3-5 years of Logistics experience preferred.Experience with commercial, industrial, and contractor accountsAdvanced in Microsoft ExcelStrong interpersonal and communication skills including technical writingHigh level of efficiency and accuracySolution-orientedExcellent attention to detailsGreat time management and prioritizing skillsMust pass a Pre-Employment Microsoft Excel Test.Pass drug test and background checkBenefits :
