We are looking for a Residential Generator Sales Representative who is passionate about sustainability, driven by results, and experienced in sales. This is an exciting opportunity to represent industry-leading products and grow your sales career.

Position Overview
As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting on-site assessments, delivering customized quotes, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. You will play a key role in expanding our residential home standby generator services across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Conducting appointments with customers based on incoming leads
Visiting customer locations, and educating homeowners on the product
Analyzing customer needs, and putting a detailed proposal together
Processing orders and supplying office staff with all required documentation
Managing displays at the big box stores and taking leads if needed
Following up on older leads as tracked within the company system
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Conducting site evaluations and gather technical data for proposal generation
Collaborating with engineering, operations, and permitting teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to installation
Maintaining CRM records, track leads, and report progress to management

Requirements
Highly motivated and target-driven
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Preferred Skills:
Mechanical or electrical background
