Join Sunbelt Staffing as a Home Health RN in Monroe, LA! We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to take on a full-time, 13-week home health contract assignment. In this role, youll work closely with a trusted national home health organization, applying your expertise in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) while building strong relationships with patients and their families.

Contract Details :

• Location : Monroe,LA, and surrounding areas
• Company : Sunbelt Staffing, partnered with a Nationwide Home Health Agency
• Position Type : Full-Time Contract, Home Health Field RN
• Contract Length : 13 weeks, with possibility of extension
• Hours : Full-Time, Scheduled 40 hours per week - 32 hours guaranteed
• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional on-call (Typically, one weekend per month)
• Productivity : 25per week, 30-35 visits per week
• Compensation : Negotiated directly with client based on experience and territory budget; paid hourly - not by visit; blended pay packages available for travelers; weekly pay
• Mileage : .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected
• Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, 401k
