IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) Automation Architect

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ISIM Automation Architect to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) automation with a strong understanding of identity lifecycle management provisioning workflows and integration with enterprise systems.

This role is onsite at the clients location with flexibility required to work from Dallas TX or Charlotte NC depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design develop and implement automation solutions using IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM).
• Architect and optimize identity provisioning workflows and lifecycle processes.
• Integrate ISIM with various enterprise systems (e.g. Active Directory LDAP HR systems).
• Customize ISIM adapters and connectors to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security infrastructure and application owners.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for IAM improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical documentation training and support to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ISIM automation and integrations.
