Field RN - Medicare Home Health Visits (Full-Time)$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Location : Orange, Osceola & Seminole Counties, FL

AccordCare Home Health , a licensed Medicare-certified home health agency, is seeking experienced Full-Time Field RNs to provide high-quality care to our patients. Key Responsibilities

Provide safe and effective nursing care based on individualized Plan of Care

Administer medications, wound care, infusions, catheter care, and other nursing tasks as required

Communicate promptly any changes in patient medical status or emergencies to the team for effective case management

Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility needs

Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record

Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Demonstrate empathy, attention to detail, and prioritize tasks effectively

Required Experience & Education

Current RN License - State of Florida

Experience in Medicare Home Health

Wound care and infusion skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent customer service

Proficiency with electronic health records for documentation and communication

1+ year of Home Health experience preferred

WellSky / Kinnser experience is a plus
