PO & Strategic Costing Assistant

The PO & Strategic Costing Assistant supports global production and supply chain operations by verifying product data across systems and assisting with purchase orders, costing, and invoice approvals. This person will partner with cross-functional teams to prepare costing materials, maintain data accuracy, and support seasonal reporting.

Major duties and responsibilities include :

  • Efficiently navigating through Supreme's diverse data sources and complex processes, including production, procurement, purchase orders, logistics, costing, and master data assets to accurately verify product information that feeds into SAP system.
  • Serving as a key contributor to the success of the global supply chain by creating and revising all Excel POs for designated product categories alongside the Master Data & Operations Coordinator(s).
  • Assisting in approval for all production and development invoices for accounts payable under the guidance of the Strategic Costing Associate.
  • Assisting in all costing meeting preparation, including meeting deck presentations and historical cost comparison record keeping.
  • Providing general costing assistance to the Sr. Director of Pricing and the Strategic Costing Manager.

Basic qualifications include :

  • 1-2 years of experience in pricing and production in apparel / retail or related industries / areas.
  • Microsoft Office application experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates a curious, team-oriented attitude, eager to contribute to the success of a high-performing team and drive business advancement.
  • Demonstrates self-motivation, prioritization, attention to detail, decisiveness, and problem-solving skills.
