Technology Support Technician (Part-time)

Description :

Heartland AEA has a part-time Technology Support Technician position serving Jasper County two days per week. This position provides direct technical support and assistance to AEA clients and staff with software hardware and equipment that is supported by the Heartland AEA Media & Technology Center. This would include troubleshooting maintaining adequate records and documentation and participating in projects to support the mission of the district.

Qualifications :

Qualified applicants for this position will need to have their high school diploma (or equivalent) and two years of experience in computer technology support. Must be able to obtain A certification within one year of employment and have a current valid drivers license.
