Job Description
Build and expand Samyang America's nano / micro creator ecosystem in the U.S. market by developing partnership strategies with emerging creators on platforms (video, social, campaign, live, etc.) and designing end-to-end collaboration models from ideation to execution.Establish foundational infrastructure for the creator program, including workflows, KPIs, campaign briefing processes, and scalable operational systems to support long-term growth.Drive content-led business impact by launching creator campaigns that support brand storytelling, D2C initiatives, affiliate marketing, and live commerce; execute rapid experimentation and optimize performance based on data.Analyze and manage content KPIs, ensuring ROI and performance optimizationLead BD strategy for creator-led D2C / B2B product initiativesDevelop long-term, strategic relationships with creators by mentoring them to improve content quality, brand alignment, and narrative impact while identifying tailored opportunities for mutual growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and sales to ensure campaign alignment, document insights and outcomes into internal playbooks and success case studies for future scaling.Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in creator marketing, brand partnerships, digital content strategy, or related fieldsExperience working in a startup, agency, or creator economy environmentStrong understanding of U.S. digital culture and Gen Z / Alpha trends particularly TikTok-native storytellingAgile, action-oriented, and results-driven, thrives in fast-moving environments and builds from zeroAbility to manage both strategy and hands-on execution across multiple projectsOutstanding communication and relationship-building skills with creators and cross-functional teamsPrevious experience at a creator, influencer agency, social-first marketing team, or creator platformFormer or current creator yourself or have helped grow creator accountsFamiliarity with content monetization, affiliate models, UGC campaigns, and creator developmentBilingual in English and Korean is a plus, but not requiredWhat's On Offer
