As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in our rural hospital setting, you will have a manageable workload providing you the opportunity to focus on your patient care with a diverse caseload that includes both inpatients and outpatients.
Working closely with our nursing staff and providers, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that collaborates to deliver comprehensive care to our patients. Whether you are assisting in emergency traumas or participating in neonatal resuscitation, your contributions will be valued and appreciated.
As a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Vernon Memorial Healthcare, you will perform diagnostic and function tests, create treatment plans, and monitor patients' progress. You will also have the opportunity to perform phlebotomies and IV starts / removals as necessary and educate patients on administering treatments and utilizing equipment.
This Registered Respiratory Therapist position requires a Wisconsin license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and current CPR certification. Phlebotomy and / or IV experience a plus.
Hours for this Registered Respiratory Therapist position are 12-hour night shifts, 7p-7a, 0.60 FTE, 4 shifts per bi-weekly pay period, with a weekend and holiday rotation. No on-call required!

Night and weekend differentials, as well as holiday pay, are provided as part of our commitment to recognizing your hard work and dedication.
