Direct Hire Search Consultant in Houston

Salary: $60,000 + Commission and Bonus

Job Summary:

The Search Consultant sources, recruits, and places high-quality candidates in direct hire roles across various industries. Youll manage full-cycle recruiting while maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit, and present candidates for direct hire positions
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, and close placements
• Write compelling job ads and develop sourcing strategies
• Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications, skills, and motivations
• Participate in job fairs and build partnerships with colleges and universities
• Identify cross-selling and new business opportunities
• Travel to client sites as needed (up to 25%)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or B2B sales
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Proficient with job boards and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing
