Marketing & Listings Coordinator

Position Summary :

As the Marketing & Listings Coordinator at Brohn Homes, your top priority will be ensuring our home listings across the MLS, website, and digital platforms are accurate, timely, and visually compelling. You'll also take ownership of updating print collateral to ensure the sales team has the most current and professional tools at their fingertips. Together, these efforts make you a key partner in helping every available home get marketed effectively from day one.

You'll also have opportunities to support photography, social media, events, and broader marketing efforts, giving you hands-on experience in a wide range of marketing functions. Duties / Responsibilities :

• MLS Listing & Home Availability Management

Own the MLS listing and Brohn website home availability process, including :

Maintain an organized photo library for use across MLS, digital platforms, and social media

Serve a point of contact for the sales team for all marketing materials, including fliers, and inventory sheets.

Manage the Google Business Profiles and track online reviews

Coordinate signage and material requests across communities

Supervisory Responsibility : This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment : This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time, exempt position. Under the Regulations, Part 541, an exempt employee is one who is not entitled to the minimum wage or overtime pay protections of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, between 8 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings and weekends as needed.

Travel : Frequent travel to Brohn Homes communities across Central Texas. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).
