Job Title : TIG Welder

Job Description

The TIG Welder will utilize TIG or heliarc welding techniques on thin stainless steel to produce custom, short-run, prototype equipment for the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on thin stainless steel.
• Produce custom, short-run, prototype equipment for the food industry.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Demonstrate strong math skills to execute precise welding tasks.
• Work on intricate welding processes, both hand and machine, to develop complex fabrications to closely prescribed standards.
• Use a variety of hand tools, measuring instruments, and operate welding equipment including machine settings for various welding processes.
• Perform fixturing and set-up as required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $36.00 / hr.
