The RTC Onboarding / Administrative Manager role involves leading and directing the Renewable Training Center (RTC) onboarding operations as a core team member focused on workforce development and operational excellence. This position is responsible for establishing new onboarding strategies, leveraging innovative technology solutions, delivering exceptional customer service, and streamlining operations to support NextEra Energy's growing renewable energy workforce. The RTC onboarding team plays a critical role in preparing technicians for careers in wind, solar, and battery storage operations, supporting both NextEra Energy Resources, the largest infrastructure developer in the US, and Florida Power & Light's expanding energy portfolio. This role serves as a key talent development pipeline, ensuring new hires are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to maintain NextEra's industry-leading safety and operational standards.
