Job Title : Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English / Spanish) to support our Main Office Reception. This key role serves as the first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, responding to general inquiries, greeting clients, and collaborating with HR team members to complete various administrative tasks. Additional duties may involve verbal and written translation, filing, data entry, copying, faxing, maintaining organized records, etc.
This position works out of our main office from Monday to Friday and the hours from 8 am to 5 pm.

Experience with multiple phone lines
Experience with Windows Microsoft Word and other Windows applications
