Gentiva is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Kissimmee, Florida. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Hospice Discipline : RN Duration : Ongoing Employment Type : Staff Overview : We’re looking for a Weekend On-Call RN Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 10 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM You’ll provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient’s family after normal business hours on an on-call basis You will maintain primary control and professional management of each patient. You will act as primary liaison between physician, patient / family and hospice team. You’ll evaluate patient / family needs and care for each patient You'll complete admissions and pronouncements You’ll maintain all assigned patient clinical records About You : Experience - What you'll bring :

• Current RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain)
• 1 years of nursing experience
• A hospice heart : compassionate, calm, and dependable in urgent care situations
• Excellent clinical judgment and the ability to provide support in emotionally intense settings
• Comfortable providing care in patients’ homes, facilities, or wherever they reside
• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification Preferred Experience (Not Required) :
• 1 years of hospice, home health, oncology, or palliative care experience
• Familiarity with symptom management, triage, and after-hours home-based care
• Prior experience in on-call or overnight nursing roles
