Job Description

Summary :

• Supervises and coordinates nursing staff in a patient care unit, ensuring patient needs are met and evaluating care quality.
• Plans staffing, organizes training, and participates in educational programs for staff development.
• Coordinates patient flow and acts as a clinical resource, providing leadership during hospital codes and crises.
• Requires a nursing degree, minimum 2 years of acute care and supervisory experience, and active RN licensure in Texas.
• Certifications include CPR, ACLS (within 6 months), NIHSS, de-escalation training, and other facility-specific credentials.
• Offers flexible shifts on a per diem basis, with a pay rate of $40 / hour, working in person at the hospital.
