The Technical Services Engineer III provides advanced technical support across server, network, and Microsoft 365 environments. This role serves as the final escalation point for complex issues, mentors junior staff, and contributes to documentation and process improvement. Ideal candidates thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving problems while interfacing with diverse personalities.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm ET, and providing on-call / after hours, including weekends, when necessary.
What You'll Do
Manage Conditional Access policies for secure access control
Resolve escalated issues across server, network, and cloud environments
Coach Tier 1 / 2 staff and share technical best practices
Provide professional support via phone, email, and chat
Follow SLA-driven workflows and escalation protocols
