Manager, Billing and Collections

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the billing and collections function, providing strategic direction.
• Drive successful ERP implementation, with hands‑on involvement in data clean‑up, system testing, and process optimization. MS 365 F&O experience preferred.
• Champion process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery across billing and collections.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, leveraging an accounting or finance background to inform decision‑making and problem‑solving.
• Manage and mentor teams of leaders, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence outcomes.
• Ensure timely and accurate management reporting, support accounting close activities, and provide audit documentation as required.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to billing, collections, and financial reporting.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and data integrity throughout all billing and collections processes.
