Evenflo Plumbing has been serving the Mid-Willamette Valley for years with trusted plumbing service & repair. We’re expanding into HVAC to better serve our community, and we’re looking for a highly motivated HVAC professional to help us

• build this new department from the ground up

This is not just another technician role — it’s an opportunity to take ownership of a new division and grow it alongside a stable, family-owned service company.

• What You’ll Do
• Lead the launch of our new HVAC division.
• Handle residential and light commercial HVAC service, repair, and installation.
• Help build operational systems, processes, and training for future team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Evenflo brand.
• Work closely with company leadership to set growth goals and execute strategy.
• What We’re Looking For
• Licensed HVAC technician with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong technical skills in service, repair, and installs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — someone excited to
• build, lead, and grow a team
• Ability to work independently and as a mentor to future hires.

Pay : From $90,000.00 per year
