Job description

Responsibilities

Answer phones and handle calls / messages appropriately.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and employees with questions.

Coordinate the receipt and distribution of loan packages to the Executive Team

Perform analysis and generate reports as requested by the Executive Team.

Prepare and distribute documents including correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations including graphics and charts.

As directed, provide executive admin support to advance key Colorado strategies and initiatives.

Generate and distribute Past Due reports; create monthly 30+ Day Past Due Tracking Excel file and update tracking report daily to reflect updates, including the identification of new past due loans.

Upload PLLR reports into BankPoint.

Plan and manage meetings; participate in meetings as requested; prepare and distribute notes as requested.

Travel Arrangements for the President-Colorado and expense report processing.

Coordinate and prepare materials for Direct Report meetings and follow up as directed.

Prepare and submit expense reimbursements.

Perform other general administrative job related tasks.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business or other business related major preferred

5+ years of administrative experience required, preferably in a bank environment

Detail oriented

Demonstrated ability to professionally and effectively engage at all levels of the organization, to include key customers and executive leadership

Must be self-starter and have exceptional organizational skills

Must maintain and protect highly confidential information

Ability to prioritize multiple objectives

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)

Team player with excellent communications skills

Demonstrate general knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

RegularIn accordance with Colorado law : Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $26.49 - $40.38 annually, actual offers to be determined based on applicant’s skills, experience and education.
